WHAT THIS SCREEN ANSWERS
A coupling is an interface between real shafts, not just a torque rating. It must accommodate the expected speed, torque, shaft geometry, angular and parallel misalignment, axial movement, torsional behavior, environment, and service conditions. This screen keeps the most basic envelope checks separate so one adequate rating cannot hide another conflict.
Enter the required torque, speed, and angular misalignment together with limits from the exact candidate coupling documentation. MechPlane reports each comparison independently.
